		<description>Dear Elliot

I have been reading each and every article of yours very carefully and enjoy every one of it and get instructions too. However the present one is a repeat. However, it is extremely useful for beginners like me.

I regret to share with you my experience in the last Maintenance Allowance Case which I lost. The client was really a walking trouble. However, this fact I came to know very late when the case had progressed quite a lot. I lost the case on the ground of adultery on the part of the wife. Her own kith and kin (9 in all) came to give testimony against her character and U/s 125(4) of Cri.Procedure Code, adulterous wife cannot be given maintenance allowance. I tried very hard and had some success but when hr own minor son gave testimony against his own mother, it was all over. I pleaded with the judge for mercy, grace and sympathetic consideration to no avail. It was a great setback for me and I learnt a lesson of my life. Still the memory haunts me. The good point was - I learned a lot more than what I did at college. Your comments on this must be useful.

regards
