		<description>In the past, I usually tried to avoid the jurors who said negative things about my case because I was afraid the other jurors would get poisoned. But you can&#039;t shy away from them.  It&#039;s like having a disgruntled customer...  the one who speaks up probably represents a far larger # of people who are too shy to speak up.  You make a great point in this article, so thanks for reminding me to &quot;keep &#039;em talking.&quot;

It looks like I&#039;m the first one to comment on your article, but I bet I&#039;m just like the disgruntled customer.  There are lots of other lawyers out there who appreciate your tips, but they&#039;re just too shy to speak up.  Thanks again!</description>
