		<description>Another way to use this &quot;diversion&quot; to your advantage is to publish to the juy right before you turn it over to opposing counsel.  That way the jury is distracted looking at the photos while the OTHER lawyer is questioning.  Just like many attorneys make the mistake you are describing above, just as many will not think to wait to start their questioning until the jury is finished reviewing the evidence.</description>
