As an experienced trial lawyer (more than 20 jury trials), one of the most important things I&#039;ve learned is that jurors often need to hear information more than once.  In trial, you have to walk a fine line.  If you&#039;re not careful about how you do phrase the question, you&#039;ll draw &quot;repetitive&quot; or &quot;asked and answered&quot; objections, but if you don&#039;t repeat the information, the jurors might miss the winning detail in your case.
