		<description>I&#039;ve always considered this question to be one that could lead to sure defeat for the client&#039;s cause.  This is the type of question that seeks information in a general, vague way, allowing the witness to get anything in.  The lawyer&#039;s job is merely to solicit information.  He&#039;s not contributing to or controlling the flow of the information, but merely packaging and presenting it.  Thanks for your insight!</description>
