Is a YouTube video the critical piece of evidence in your next trial? If you’re unable to get your hands on the original video, you’ll want to be able to save the YouTube video and show it to the jury. Luckily, David Swann at the South Carolina Trial Law blog has written a great primer on how to download and save these videos, so you can show to the jury even if the video is removed from YouTube. He also shows you how to convert the video for use in Sanction or other courtroom presentation software. To learn more, check out his post on presenting YouTube videos during jury trials.
