No doubt about it, the legal profession attracts a lot of type A personalities. I would expect to read your video comments on Youtube and see others posting about what you have left out, how it can be done better, or even comments stating you must be just flat wrong. Nonetheless, I have been on the internet for a straight week and I am confident that the quality and caliber of your information far exceeds what anyone else is providing. I realize there must be a product pitch coming down the line eventually and that is AWESOME because no one else is giving us the details on the professional skills in such complete fashion as you are! A BIG THANK YOU!

Elliott, agree with the theme of the article and the message. It would be helpful to see an example of a closing argument that shows the jurors persuasively why they should find in your favor. Thanks for your work.

I felt this article was incomplete. It is my belief that using the same example of shoving down the throat and in turn supporting your argument to show the jury, could have been accomplished if you would have reused the same example making the changes you proposed. (i.e. a before and after example). Thanks for your other articles!
